Ingredients | Healthy Homemade Muesli Bars Australia½ cup rolled oats6 tablespoons plain kefir½ apple, grated4 strawberries, diced1 teaspoon honey, or to tasteDirectionsCombine oats and kefir in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until oats soak up the kefir and thicken, 8 hours to overnight.Stir apple and strawberries into the oats.
